NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2022CA001920CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM CRAIG RONAN and CYNTHIA RONAN, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLESS, ESQ., shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at PASCO County’s On-Line Public Auction website: https://pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11 :00 AM on June 09, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:
Lot 2, Block D, Mill Run Phase Two, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, Paae(s) 100 through 102, of the Public Records of Pasco Countv, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any. other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court. in its discretion. may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
