NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 21, 2026, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County:
Lots 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 1437, TWENTY-NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 13, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Shall be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash by the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, on May 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
