YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to reform a deed on the following property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Tract “A”; a tract in the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Township 27 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: from the Southwest corner of said Section 11, run North 89 degrees, 53 minutes East along the South boundary of said Section 11, a distance of 40.0 feet, run thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes East, parallel to the West boundary of said Section 11, a distance of 70.31 feet to a point of beginning; from said point of beginning, continue North 0 degrees 12 minutes East, a distance of 84.29 feet; run thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 115.0 feet; thence run South 0 degrees 12 minutes West a distance of 84.90 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 48 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 115.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiffs’
Attorney, Jacqueline F. Perez, Esquire, whose address is KHL LAW, 28100 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs’ Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
