Unit 2608, Building 2, Harbour Court, Phase I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 23; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4991, Page 369, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
