SMITH & RAPHEAL T. SMITH the Defendant(s), the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on June 19, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Default Final Judgment:
Lot 19, Buckhorn Forest, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 138, Pages 242 through 245 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
