COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, BILL MONTELEONE and JODI MONTELEONE, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the County Court of the State of Florida,
County of Lee, on February 19th 2026. Case No: 26-SC-2466. The nature and subject of this action is a Small Claim action for damages on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
