Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Damages dated April 21, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-3249 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust, et. al., is the Plaintiff and VAJESQ LLC LLC et. al., is the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
Lots 55 and 56, Block 4044, Unit 56, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 107 through 116, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with all rents, issues and profits.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
