NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 27, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-005243 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CMG MORTGAGE, INC is Plaintiff, and TAIMARA DOMINGUEZ AGUIAR and RAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of June, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 3, OF RAVEN COVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1611, PAGE 973, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Also known as 1005 SE 40TH ST, UNIT 3, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
