NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-006795 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR COLT 2025-1 MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, Plaintiff, and MAROSESLEGACY, LLC, is Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, PINELAKE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 39 AND 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
