NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-006515 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and ROBERT B. PIERCE; MARILYN PIERCE; RUDDER CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 26-B, OF RUDDER CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMNINIUM THREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1545, AT PAGE 99, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, AT PAGE 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
