YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Lee County, Florida:
A. LOT 19, BLOCK 32, UNIT 5, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST OF LEHIGH ACRES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE RECRODED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS SUBSURFACE RIGHTS ASSESSED UNDER 36-44-26-99-05032.0190 AS DESC IN OR 4516 PG 2118
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Myles A. Hoover, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 11 Island Ave #406, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, on or before June 8, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
