NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Cler of Court I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit A, Building 5, as shown on Condominium Plat of THE MOORINGS, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 38, Pages 42-54, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4948, Pages 1533-1600, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 368 Moorings Cove Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 21, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
