DEERWOOD GARDENS UNIT ONE CONDO BLDG 4, APT 4B according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4307, Page 1968, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
a/k/a 11511 113th Street, Apt 4B, Largo, FL 33378
and on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff’s attorney Leonard Wilder, Esq., whose address is SACHS SAX CAPLAN PL., 6111 Broken Sound Pkwy NW, Suite 200, Boca Raton, FL 33487, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
