Final Judgment was awarded on April 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-002179-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; ROBERT BAY AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST 6480, UDT 9TH, SEPTEMBER, 2022; THEODORE M. HELFRICK; ROBERT J. HELFRICK; AMANDA E. WILLIAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 33 FEET OF LOT 4,AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 33 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 84, FIRST ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
