NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Board, serving as the Town’s Local Planning Agency, and the Town Commission of the Town of Oakland, Florida will hold public hearings to consider a proposed Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 2253 Bay Line Road, as more specifically described below.

ORDINANCES

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
The purpose of these public hearings is to consider a Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 2253 Bay Line Road.

Proposed Changes:
- Amend the Future Land Use Classification of the property located at 2253 Bay Line Road from Agriculture to Low Density Residential
- Amend the Zoning District of the property located at 2253 Bay Line Road from A-1 (Agricultural) to R1-A (Single Family Residential)

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
All interested parties are invited to appear at the public hearings and be heard regarding the proposed amendment. A copy of the proposed comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning may be obtained from and written comments may be submitted prior to the hearings to:
