YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, under the above-referenced case number, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy not later than June 7, 2026, (which date shall be not less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the first publication of the notice) before service or immediately thereafter on Plaintiff’s attorney on Pandya Law, PA, 5401 S. Kirkman Road, Suite 310, Orlando, Florida 32819, Email: [email protected] and Phone: 407-926-0345; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action concerns an Action for breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent inducement, and fraudulent misrepresentation, for the construction of any contract or other written instrument and for a judicial declaration or enforcement of any legal or equitable right, claim, or interest thereunder and to enforce any legal or equitable lien or claim to any title or interest in real or personal property within the jurisdiction of the court or any fund held or debt owing by any party on whom process can be served, and other relief in which the amount in controversy exceeds $50,000.00, exclusive of interest, costs, and attorney’s fees.
