NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-002416-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-E, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-E, is Plaintiff and Maribel Glinos; Niko Glinos a/k/a Nicholas Glinos; Naples HMA LLC dba Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 44, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
