To: RGO Marketing LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, Defendant’s unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property described below, and all parties all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet and confirm title of Plaintiff in and to lands located in Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that the action seeks to quiet title, based on fraudulent conveyance under section 65.091, F.S., to the following real property, lying and being situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 15, Block B, Subdivision of Block B, Longboat Key Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 11, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with that certain real property of that portion of land located between Lot 15, Block B, Longboat Key Estates and the channel adjacent thereto.
Parcel Identification Number: 0002-11-0001
more commonly known as 557 Kingfisher Lane, Longboat Key, Florida 34228.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon George Parpas, Esquire, Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 50 Central Avenue, Eighth Floor, Sarasota, Florida 34236, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
