YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for breach of fiduciary duty, constructive trust, and unjust enrichment has been filed against you in the above Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Mandi Clay, Esq., Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is Martinez Law, P.A., 18115 US Highway 41 N., Suite 600, Lutz, FL 33549 on or before June 15, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court located at 2000 Main St. Sarasota, FL 34237 either before service on Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer - Sarasota County.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk’s office.
