NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 003117 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A. As Owner Trustee For New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2015-2, is Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee Of The Paloma Ibarra Living Trust, Utd, Sept. 16, 2005; Unknown Beneficiaries Of The Paloma Ibarra Living Trust, Utd, Sept. 16, 2005; Truist Bank f/k/a Suntrust Bank; Regions Bank f/k/a Amsouth Bank; Habitat For Humanity Sarasota, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
