NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 25-CC-008991 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Joseph B. Holley a/k/a Joseph Benjamin Holley, Deceased and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
