NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on May 28, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. via electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 41 and 42, Block 5462, Cape Coral, Unit 90, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 12 through 29 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
