Phone (352) 279-7434 for due in cash on day of the sale to redeem the motor vehicles or satisfy the lien. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicles for w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.971.
