PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on April 29, 2026, a petition commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding, pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, was made by

(the “Assignor”), to Mark C. Healy (the “Assignee”) of Michael Moecker & Associates, Inc., whose address is 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
Specifically, pursuant to section 727.105, Florida Statutes, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, Florida Statutes and, except in the case of a secured creditor enforcing its rights and collateral under Chapter 679, Florida Statutes, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in the respect of any judgment against assets of the estate, other than real property, in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
Consistent with the above, the Assignee requests this Court enter an order “channeling” any and all claims against the Assignor, the estate, the Assignee, or any third parties in connection with the operations or indebtedness of or claims against the Assignor by affirmatively requiring all such claims to be brought in this Court and prohibiting any such actions in any other jurisdiction or venue.
YOU ARE HEREBY further noticed that, in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding, you must file a proof of claim with the Assignee or the Assignee’s attorney on or before August 27, 2026 (120 days from the date the Petition was filed).
YOU ARE HEREBY further notified that, pursuant to sections 727.107(3) and 727.108(2), Florida Statutes, the Assignee, by and through his undersigned counsel, and before a court reporter or any notary public or any officer authorized by the Florida Statues to take acknowledgements as set forth in Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.300, will take the oral examination of the authorized representative of the Assignor.
