HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB2, is Plaintiff and MARK LAMPRON; STACIE PEDIGO; THE VILLAGE OF PINE RUN PROPERTY OWNERS, INC, are defendants. Laura E. Roth, Clerk of Circuit Court for VOLUSIA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of JUNE, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
