NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-004530-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MARINO NICOLAS PALADINES CORDOVA, TIJANA POPOVIC, ISLES OF LAKE NONA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and ABOORAL VIERE DA SILVA FILH are the Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on June 2, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
