NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2025-CA-1241 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which The Hard Money Place Corp. is the Plaintiff, and Carpenter Ventures FL Limited Liability Company, et al., is the Defendants, that the Clerk of Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D.
