NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 2, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25001454CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff and Lucretia Lynn Nickerson a/k/a Lucretia L. Nickerson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of June, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
