THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WILL SELL to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages.
Lot 1, Block 647, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 23, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A thru 2-Z-41 of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida.
