Notice of Budget Workshop and Regular Meeting
Greyhawk Landing Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of the Greyhawk Landing Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and a Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the Greyhawk Landing Clubhouse located at 12350 Mulberry Avenue, Bradenton, FL 34212.

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss and review the fiscal year 2026/2027 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. A speaker telephone will be present at the above location so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meeting by telephone and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to the time, date, and location stated on the record.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Supervisor or Staff can attend the workshop at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 933-2950, at least 48 hours before the workshop. A person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
