NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment as to Count I entered in the above noted case that the following property will be sold in Sarasota County, Florida by the Sarasota County Clerk, described as:
Unit 110, Week No. 50, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Page(s) 1328, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 6, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of May, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED
