NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 01, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025CA003199CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and BRENT and BRANDI EFFNER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLESS, ESQ., shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at PASCO County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 17, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:
LOT 20, SILVER OAKS VILLAGE - PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE(S) 63 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
