NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2026 in Case No. 2025CA002236CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and DANIEL DEORAZIO; BARBARA TORRES A/K/A BARBARA DEORAZIO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KEY VISTA MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; KEY VISTA VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and KEY VISTA SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
