The Board of Supervisors of The Hammocks Community Development District (the “District”) held an emergency meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Brentwood Clubhouse, located at 8504 Sandpiper Ridge Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33647 to discuss an incident that occurred at the District’s basketball court. The Board authorized/approved emergency repairs. The next regular meeting is Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
