NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-006619 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Village Capital & Investment LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michael Dotson a/k/a Michael Spencer Dotson, Deceased; Theresa Ann Howell a/k/a Theresa A. Howell f/k/a Theresa Ann Dotson; Christopher Michael Dotson a/k/a Christopher M. Dotson; Michael Spencer Dotson, II a/k/a Michael Spencer Dotson; Courtnie Jean Fly a/k/a Courtnie Jean Dotson; Southshore Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
