Comes now, ENMERI BATISTA, as Guardian of the property of JISELE ALEXANDRIA MASON, a minor, and gives the following notice:
There is an active Guardianship of Minor Property case in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602. The case number is 292024CP000046A001HC.
The name and address of the Guardian and the Guardian’s attorney are set forth below.
ENMERI BATISTA is also the Foreign Guardian. The Foreign Guardian’s attorney is Melbourne T. Berlinger, Esquire, whose address is 907 S. Friendswood Drive, Suite 218, Friendswood, Texas 77546.
The Guardian has filed a petition for discharge upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward on May 6, 2026.
The Guardian will apply for discharge on June 15, 2026.
Jurisdiction of the ward will be transferred to the foreign jurisdiction of Texas, Brazoria County Court.
Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based;
Any objection to the final report or the petition for discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the petition for discharge or the date of first publication of this notice.
Within 90 days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
