NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2026, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lee County, Florida, on June 25, 2026, at 09:00 AM, at www.lee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
“LOT 35 AND 36, BLOCK 60, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGES 153 THROUGH 155 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.”
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
