Scope: The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid are to select a supplier to provide and deliver milk, dairy products and individual juice portions to approximately 117 district facilities (See accompanying delivery site listing posted as a separate attachment), districtwide and to secure either firm unit prices or fixed fees for the contract period as specified herein.

Insurance is required for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
