YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Non-Binding Arbitration has been filed before the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominium, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, concerning the following matter:
(1) Respondent, ROBERT BRUCE MARLEY (“Marley” or “Respondent”), is the owner of 2292 Oak Neck Dr., Unit “F”, Clearwater, FL 33763, within Laurelwood Condominium I Association, Inc. (“Association”).
(2) Respondent has failed to properly maintain the interior and exterior of the unit in good condition and repair. An inspection by the Association revealed excessive garbage accumulation, resulting in rodent and insect infestation, including roaches. The unit emits a strong odor and contains substantial debris in front of the unit and on the lanai, as well as significant mold growth.
You are required to serve a written response to the Petition on:

This Notice of Action is published pursuant to Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, and applicable provisions of Chapter 49, Florida Statutes.
