NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at volusia.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described real property:
Lot 2, Sunrise Oaks P.U.D. Phase I, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Map Book 44, Page 196 and 197, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
Commonly known as 3739 Sunrise Oaks Drive, Port Orange, Florida 32129
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2024-13470 CICI in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interested in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
