NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on May 11, 2026 in Case No. 2024CA004737, in the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MADISON PLACE SERVICE PROVIDER LLC, are the Plaintiffs and DEBRA SULEYCA PEREZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, at, on www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 128, Madison Place Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 173, Page(s) 16 through 20, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, with the following street address: 879 Grandin Street, Davenport, FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
