Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, that Timothy and Judith Gleeson, the property owners, intend to petition the City of North Port to vacate two platted 6-foot side utility and drainage easements located along the common lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block 336, 5th Addition to the Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 33 through 33R, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
