NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 7, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-004451 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Brandi Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 09:00 AM on July 9, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:

21 minutes 53 seconds East along the Southerly line of said Secti on 36 for 757.50 feet; thence North 00 degrees 38 minutes 07 seconds East for 1406.85 feet to a point on curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of 350.00 feet and which point a radial line bears North 20 degrees 39 minutes 18 seconds East said curv e being the Northeasterly right of way of New Post Road (100.00 feet wide recorded in Official Records Book 1129, Page 1687, of the Public Records of said Lee County); thence North 56 degrees 01 minute 45 seconds East along a non -tangent line to said curve for 662.88 feet; thence South 43 degrees 29 minutes 22 seconds East for 257.84 feet; thence North 46 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds East for 101.00 feet to the center point of Building No. 29 and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Unit B; thenc e North 43 degrees 29 minutes 22 seconds West for 32.83 feet; thence North 46 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds East for 45.50 feet; thence South 43 degrees 29 minutes 22 seconds East for 32.83 feet; thence South 46 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds West for 45.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
