Lot 10, Block 929, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVENTEEN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 6A through 6D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Lot 60, Block 2864, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FORTY SEVEN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 61A through 61G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Lot 7, Block 1954, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SIXTY, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 74A through 74K, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs’ attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC,

Access Rd., Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before June 29, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
