PARRA; JANESTY J. PARRA; VAGNER ALMEIDA LLC; and FLORIDA SELL NOW, LLC are Defendants, the Office of Roger D. Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.charlotte. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of June, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
