PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED
INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and
UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 and #2, the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-1169-CA ofthe County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of June, 2026, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 3420, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 73, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 29A through 29G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
