NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a final judgment dated April 7, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-001336-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which EJG CONSULTING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SAVE IT ALL SELF STORAGE, LLC, JAMES W. HERSTON D.B.E. MANAGEMENT, INC. d.b.a. DBE UTILITY SERVICES, SOUTHERN ENERGY SYSTEMS, LLC, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, I will sell to highest and best bidder for cash on July 8, 2026, at 11:00am online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com the following-described property, together with all improvements, appurtenances and fixtures, as setforth in the order of the final judgment:
