NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 11-2022-CA-000866-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Stephen P. Morgan and Darla S. Morgan, are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor Annex, Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on June 25, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 86, Silverwood at Ave Maria (Phase 1), according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, pages 95 through 102, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Property Address: 5495 Cassidy Lane, Ave Maria, FL 34142.
A statement that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
