JOHNSON- MATRONI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERI L. JOHNSON- MATRONI, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A BRANDON REVELL and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
