TO THE FOLLOWING DEFENDANTS WHOSE RESIDENCES ARE UNKNOWN:
COUNT I: ALAN BLAKE LOGUE, deceased any spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, by, through, under or against ALAN BLAKE LOGUE, 10 BORDEAUX CT, OAKWOOD HILLS, IL 60013 - An 1/1,508th undivided interest in the real property described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Resort Sixty-Six, a time share plan (the “Declaration”) as recorded in Official Records Book 1233, Page 0247 of Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with all improvements, easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances pertaining thereto, which ownership interest shall entitle Grantee to possession of Unit 224 during Unit Week 24 described in the Declaration.
The above-named Defendant(s) is/are not known to be dead or alive and/or, if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through under or against said Defendants and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described Above. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above-styled foreclosure proceedings by the Plaintiff upon the filing of a complaint to foreclose a claim of lien and for other relief relative to the property described in each count above AND you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to the complaint, upon Tara C. Early, Esq., Early Law, P.A., 5950 Hazeltine National Drive, Suite 650, Orlando, FL 32822, attorneys for the Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
